Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping for free.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
